$9.50 per Share. The remaining 18,100,000 Shares will be offered at $10.00 per Share.
Shopoff Properties Trust is a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT). Our primary focus is investing in undeveloped and underdeveloped real estate assets and preparing them for development by adding value to them through various facets of the entitlement process, such as land planning and design, engineering and processing of tentative tract maps, and obtaining required environmental approvals.
